Cake comes back at us with “Showroom of Compassion” after a 7 year stretch with no studio recordings. If you loved the other Cake albums, you will love this one as well. The songs are very reminiscent of the older albums and sound very similar. Cake fanatics rejoice as this new album is just as good as their previous ones and this one even comes with a super cool temporary tattoo! “Sick of You” happens to be my favorite song of the album if you decide to pick it up.
