Dear Landlord hits us with this 2 song 7″ vinyl. Side A presents us with a demo named Lake Ontario which is a catchy pop punk song. This one is probably my favorite of the 2. Side B presents us with Heartbroken Handshake which is also good but not as catchy as side a. They remind me vaguely of older Rancid and sound similar. All in all it is a good little record with catchy pop punk songs, however with both songs coming in at just over 4 minutes total some people may feel they didn’t get their moneys worth on this one. Could have probably fit 3-4 songs onto this record.
